Ready-Made and Shelf companies List
We have Ready-made and shelf companies already registered. These companies are available for immediate purchase. These companies have not traded or entered into any dealings or obligations whatsoever so the main reasons for considering shelf companies are
(1) to save time
(2) to provide for a earlier registration date.
It is to be noted that by ordering a ready-made company does not necessarily mean that the documents will be courier immediately. If you are a new client, our usual know your client procedures will have to be completed and payment received.
Important! A purchaser of a vintage shelf company will be required to cover the standard annual maintenance fees for the full elapsed period of time since the initial registration date of the company. Vintage companies will be substantially more expensive than new incorporations.
